Getaway Guys
Hi everyone,
I hope you had a happy holidays. Kendra and I had a great time in New York City and the Poconos. (Does any one know why Pocono is pluralized in popular speech?)
Anyway, I've been working with Guy Burwell recently, and we're trying to decide on which of his "Getaway" guys to use for a t-shirt design. Here they are:
Which ones do you like? Which do you think would translate well to a t-shirt? What color shirt would you put it on?

i believe it is because "the poconos" are a mountain range. the pocono mountains. thus, much in the same way the rocky mountains are known as "the rockies," the pocono mountains are colloquially shortened to "the poconos." that's my guess. :)
Ok, this makes sense. The thing that was throwing me off is that there is a Mt. Pocono. I didn't realize that the mountain range was also called the Pocono Mountains. Thanks, Eden!
