Things at Work
So, today I recieved my first batch of designs from my very talented designer, Eleanor. I asked her to create designs specifically with women in mind. Granted, these are just a first pass, and I already have some specific feedback I want to give her, but I wanted to let you in on the process. Please feel free to comment on what you like and don't like about the designs.

I thought you were looking to feature artists whose work you admire. Why would you have any feedback for her at all?
The fact that I admire her work doesn't mean that it's perfect, or perfect for the market place. These were "roughs", so a certain amount of feedback, positive or negative, is expected. Also, the point is not to showcase the artists' work. Honestly, that's an additional benefit. The point is to create t-shirts that people want to buy. Consequently, there has to be a balance between commercial interest and artistic esthetic.
